BMS-003 is a beam splitter for a reflected red-light path. The factory describes a nominal 650 nm design for use at a 45-degree angle. The supplied curve measures reflected light; ask us to confirm the transmitted light separately.

Does the 89.098% reading at 650 nm mean transmission?
It means reflectance: that fraction of the measured 650 nm light is reflected by the measured sample. BMS-003 is intended for a reflected red-light path; the chart does not establish the transmission of the other path.
Can I install BMS-003 at a different angle from 45 degrees?
The factory identifies this as a 45-degree design. If your layout uses another angle, tell us the beam geometry and polarization before selecting it. The supplied curve does not establish the response at other angles.
